You may use LookThis.One only if you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms under the laws that apply to you.

If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

The Platform is not directed to children.

We may suspend or delete accounts that we reasonably believe have been created by children or by minors without the required consent.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account access.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, including activity performed by an Admin or by any person who accesses the account with your permission.
• You must provide accurate and current information when creating and using your account.
• You must not create accounts or profiles for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or harmful purposes.

4. Owners and Admins

Each profile has one Owner.

The Owner is the person or entity responsible for the subscription, the assigned profile slot, the profile content, payment obligations, and any activity performed through the account or profile.

The Owner may assign one Admin to help manage the profile.

The Admin may edit or manage the profile only within the permissions granted by the Owner and allowed by the Platform.

The Admin does not own the profile, the subscription, the assigned profile slot, the Platform, or any part of LookThis.One.

The Owner remains responsible for actions taken by the Admin or by any person who accesses the account with the Owner's permission.

LookThis.One may suspend, restrict, remove, or revoke Admin access if we reasonably believe that the Admin, the Owner, the profile content, the linked content, or the use of the Platform violates these Terms, applicable law, payment provider rules, security requirements, or the safety and integrity of the Platform.

5. Limited Profile Slot Model

LookThis.One is designed around a limited profile slot model.

The Platform currently has a maximum planned capacity of 142,857 assignable profile slots.

A profile slot does not create ownership over the Platform, domain, software, infrastructure, brand, source code, database, payment system, account system, or any specific URL format.

A profile slot gives the Owner a limited, revocable, non exclusive subscription right to use one profile within the Platform, subject to these Terms, payment status, technical availability, and applicable law.

The Owner may assign one Admin to manage the profile, and the Owner may enter into separate arrangements with that Admin or with third parties regarding the administration, design, management, or commercial use of the profile, provided that those arrangements do not violate these Terms, applicable law, third party rights, payment provider rules, or the safety and integrity of the Platform.

Any private arrangement between an Owner, an Admin, and any third party is solely between those parties. LookThis.One is not responsible for disputes, payments, promises, losses, damages, or obligations arising from such private arrangements.

The Owner may not sell, transfer, sublicense, lease, assign, or otherwise dispose of the profile slot itself except through features or procedures expressly allowed by LookThis.One.

LookThis.One may suspend, revoke, reassign, or permanently remove a profile slot if the Owner, the Admin, the profile content, the linked content, the payment activity, or the use of the Platform violates these Terms, applicable law, third party rights, payment provider rules, security requirements, or the safety and integrity of the Platform.

6. Release Stages and Pricing

LookThis.One may release profile slots in limited stages.

Each stage may have a limited number of available slots, different pricing, different subscription conditions, or different access rules.

The applicable price, billing period, taxes, fees, renewal terms, and payment conditions are the ones shown at checkout or on the official pricing page at the time of purchase.

Prices, stage availability, benefits, conditions, and access rules may change for future purchases.

Changes to future stages do not necessarily affect existing subscriptions unless stated otherwise, required by law, required by a payment provider, or necessary for technical, legal, security, operational, or platform integrity reasons.

7. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

Paid profile slots, subscriptions, invoices, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and payment operations may be handled by a third party payment provider or merchant of record.

By purchasing a subscription or paid access, you agree to the applicable checkout terms, billing period, renewal conditions, tax treatment, refund conditions, and payment provider rules presented at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and that payments are completed on time.

If payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or becomes invalid, we may suspend, restrict, downgrade, or terminate access to the relevant profile, subscription right, account, or profile slot.

This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, subscription payments are non refundable.

If you cancel a subscription, your profile may remain active until the end of the paid billing period unless the account is suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.

We may provide refunds, credits, or exceptions at our discretion or where required by law.

This refund policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law, including any statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Platform to create, publish, promote, link to, or facilitate:

• illegal content or illegal activity;
• fraud, scams, phishing, deceptive schemes, or impersonation;
• malware, malicious code, credential theft, or unauthorized access;
• spam, abusive automation, or deceptive traffic generation;
• harassment, threats, intimidation, or targeted abuse;
• hate speech or content that promotes violence or discrimination against protected groups;
• non consensual sexual content or sexual exploitation;
• explicit sexual, pornographic, or adult content, even if directed at adult audiences;
• content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third party rights;
• misleading commercial activity or unauthorized resale claims;
• activity that interferes with the security, stability, integrity, or reputation of the Platform;
• content or links prohibited by our payment providers, infrastructure providers, or applicable law.

We may interpret and enforce this section in a reasonable manner to protect the Platform, users, visitors, third parties, service providers, and the public.

10. Profile Content and Linked Content

You are responsible for all content published on your profile and for all links added to your profile.

LookThis.One does not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for user profiles, user content, linked websites, products, services, claims, or third party offers.

You must ensure that your profile content and linked content comply with these Terms, applicable law, third party rights, and payment provider rules.

We may remove, restrict, or disable content or links that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or create legal, security, financial, reputational, operational, or platform integrity risks.

11. Suspension, Revocation, and Termination

LookThis.One may suspend, restrict, remove, revoke, reassign, or terminate any profile, account, Admin access, subscription right, or assigned profile slot if we reasonably believe that the Owner, the Admin, the profile content, the linked content, the payment activity, or the use of the Platform violates:

• these Terms;
• applicable law;
• third party rights;
• payment provider rules;
• infrastructure provider rules;
• security requirements;
• anti abuse requirements;
• the safety, integrity, reputation, or operation of the Platform.

We may also take action when continued operation of a profile may expose LookThis.One, its users, visitors, infrastructure providers, payment providers, partners, or third parties to legal, security, financial, reputational, operational, or platform integrity risk.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. However, we may take immediate action without prior notice when necessary to protect the Platform, users, visitors, providers, third parties, or the public.

12. Reporting Abuse

To report illegal content, impersonation, fraud, malware, spam, harassment, copyright infringement, non consensual sexual content, or other abuse, contact us at:

Please include the profile URL and a short description of the issue.

We may review reports and take action when we reasonably believe that a profile, account, Admin, Owner, content, link, or activity violates these Terms, applicable law, third party rights, provider rules, or platform safety requirements.

13. Intellectual Property

LookThis.One, including its name, brand, design, software, source code, infrastructure, systems, and platform elements, belongs to LookThis.One or its operator and licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of LookThis.One, the Platform, the domain, the software, the brand, the infrastructure, the database, the account system, or any platform technology to any user, Owner, Admin, or third party.

You retain any rights you have in the content you submit to the Platform.

By submitting content to the Platform, you grant LookThis.One a limited license to host, store, display, reproduce, process, transmit, and make that content available as necessary to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Platform.

14. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error free.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or limit any part of the Platform at any time for technical, legal, security, business, operational, provider related, or platform integrity reasons.

We may update features, pricing structures, access rules, profile customization options, analytics, admin permissions, release stages, or platform limits over time.

15. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an as is and as available basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LookThis.One makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non infringement, availability, accuracy, or security.

LookThis.One does not guarantee that any profile will generate traffic, sales, followers, revenue, visibility, audience growth, or business results.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LookThis.One and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, audience, or reputation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LookThis.One's total liability for any claim related to the Platform will be limited to the amount paid by the user to LookThis.One for the relevant service during the period giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law if no payment was made.

This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LookThis.One and its operator from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

• your use of the Platform;
• your profile content;
• your linked content;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of applicable law;
• your violation of third party rights;
• actions taken by your Admin or by persons accessing your account with your permission;
• disputes arising from private arrangements between Owners, Admins, or third parties.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile, unless mandatory consumer protection laws or other mandatory laws require otherwise.

Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts or authorities according to applicable law.
