Affiliate Program Terms

1. Who can take part

Anyone of legal age can apply. We ask for no minimum audience, no prior sales and no entry fee.

Approval of the application is automatic. We may end a participation under the terms of section 8.

2. Your link and what you may promote

Once approved you receive an affiliate link. You may promote it by linking to any page on lookthis.one.

Allowed, and encouraged: writing to your own contacts and your own community, posting on your own social accounts and websites, and paying for advertising yourself.

Not allowed:

• Bulk email to lists that are not yours, automated comments, or posting in other people's forums and communities where you do not take part.
• Bidding on our brand in paid advertising, or using domains, accounts or materials that could be mistaken for the official LookThis.One ones.
• Promising discounts, features or timelines we do not offer.

3. Commission

The commission is 60% of the value of each sale attributed to your link, and it repeats on every yearly renewal for as long as the customer's subscription remains active and the program remains in force.

Attribution uses a 90-day window and a last-referral rule: the sale is credited to the last affiliate link the person passed through, within the 90 days before the purchase.

4. Self-purchases

No commission is paid when the account buying the position is the affiliate's own account. The published price is the one we offer everyone, and the program is not a discount mechanism on your own purchase.

This rule applies to the account, not to the people around you: recommending LookThis.One to your contacts, friends or family, and them buying with their own account, counts entirely normally.

5. Refunds

If a sale is refunded or reversed, the corresponding commission is cancelled. If it has already been paid out, it is deducted from later payouts.

6. Payouts

Payouts are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for LookThis.One. The minimum amount to receive a payout is USD 10; below that figure the balance accumulates until it is reached. The timelines, methods and tax information you may be asked for are governed by Lemon Squeezy's conditions.

7. Changes to the commission rate

We may change the commission percentage by giving you at least 30 days' notice. Commissions already accrued before the change takes effect are not affected.

8. Duration, termination and effect on recurring commissions

You may leave the program whenever you want.

We may end the program, or end your participation in it, by giving you at least 30 days' notice. We may also remove you immediately and without prior notice if you breach section 2 or section 4.

Termination ends all future commission, including recurring commissions on sales attributed earlier. Commissions already accrued and unpaid at the time of termination are paid under section 6, unless the removal is due to a breach of section 2 or section 4.

9. Personal data

The processing of your data as an affiliate is governed by our Privacy Policy and by Lemon Squeezy's, which is who collects and processes the application and payout data.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the change affects the commission or termination, the notice periods in sections 7 and 8 apply.
