This page explains the cookies and measurement LookThisOne uses and why. You can manage your preferences using the toggles next to each section.

How we ask for your permission, depending on where you are

Strictly necessary cookies cannot be turned off — without them the site does not work. Every other cookie depends on where you are: in the United States they start on, we tell you when you arrive, and you can turn them off at any time, here or from that notice; in the rest of the world they start off and are only turned on if you accept them. We also honour the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, we treat it as turning all of them off, without you having to do anything.

This cookie only exists if you arrived at LookThis.One through the link of a creator in our affiliate program. If you did not come from such a link it is never created, even if it is on. When it does exist, it stores only the code of the person who referred you, so the referral is credited to them and they can be paid their commission. It stores nothing about you or about what you do on the site. The data never leaves LookThis.One and no third party is involved.

When it is off, the referral is not necessarily lost: when you create your account during that same visit, the referral is recorded on your account, on our servers, without using your device. Having it on is how you give the creator who referred you the fullest guarantee that their referral will count.

Some profiles embed third-party content (for example YouTube videos). When it is on, embeds load when you play them and the third party (YouTube/Google) may receive your request and set its own cookies under its policy. When it is off, embeds stay blocked and show a prompt to unlock them. This preference is site-wide and you can change it here anytime.

This cookie lets us show you our ads on other platforms. When it is on, we load the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) on the pages where we advertise; Meta may set its own cookies under its policy and recognise that you visited LookThis.One. When it is off, the pixel does not load. The pixel never loads on a user's public profile; it does load on the six demo profiles in the catalog, which are ours.

6. Cookieless measurement

We count page views, link clicks, embed plays and per-day device, country and origin breakdowns as anonymous daily totals — no cookies, no IP, nothing that identifies you. That's why there's nothing to switch off here.

7. Server-side ad measurement

We measure our ads' performance from our own server. When you arrive from one of our ads, our server stores the two Meta cookies from section 5 (_fbc and _fbp) and our own from that same section (lto_campaign, holding the campaign and the ad you arrived from) in your browser so it can recognise that arrival later; they are turned off there. We report your arrival to the platform, and what you do next — applying to the affiliate program, confirming your email while creating an account, starting the purchase of a space — and every space acquired, whether or not you arrived from an ad. Exactly what we report, and what we do not send, is in the Privacy Policy.
